AideXpress performs a background check for every person subscribing as a Caregiver-Xpress.

All applicants agree to a criminal and good behavior background check. We also check the references and validate the information given by the caregiver through the registration process.

Himself a former police officer, Mr. Percy Gagnon, president and founder of AideXpress, demands at all times that safety and respect are essential qualities of the AideXpress project participants.

The highest level of security and respect will have to be given to customers, especially to the elderly and to all those who need personal care.


A winning partnership for security

AideXpress has partened with, Canada's largest and leading provider of background checks, to provide a fast and secure way to complete criminal record checks.

In addition, the following checks are made with the local police

• Charges pending

• Arrest warrants

• Non-Disclosure commitments and no communication orders

• Interdictions

• Probationary order

• Provitional freedom under conditions

• Summary offenses

• Recent convictions that are not yet registered in the national register.

An identity card is mandatory for all self-employed workers affiliated with AideXpress. Upon registration, all Caregivers-Xpress will need to complete the required demand on in order to receive their card. Verification fees must be paid by the applicant.
