Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. 
Any dispute must be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec, in the judicial district of Gatineau. 

If one provision is found to be invalid, the others remain in full force and effect.
